The role
Own the design, implementation, and deployment of high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models powering ad ranking and recommendations.
Develop and refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling to improve engagement and conversions.
Ensure model quality through continuous monitoring, calibration, and addressing data drift and feedback delays.
Collaborate with leads to set long-term technical direction, architecture decisions, and project execution.
Translate complex ML concepts into actionable insights for non-engineering stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Advance bidding optimization, budget pacing, and automated strategies to drive sustainable growth.
