The role
Support the development of certification schemes by leveraging internal and publicly available data.
Collaborate with project managers to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions and identify efficiency and productivity improvements.
Develop and maintain interactive visualizations and dashboards using data from multiple sources.
Define and implement scalable data acquisition and integration logic for performance.
Provide forecasting, capacity planning, and operational metrics to inform growth and strategy.
