The role
Lead research engineering and development at the intersection of computer vision and large language models, focusing on visual and spatial reasoning to enhance multimodal capabilities.
Design, run, and evaluate experiments to compare architectural variants, data strategies, and supervised and reinforcement learning methods for vision tasks.
Build and test tools, skills, and agentic infrastructure that enable reasoning over visual inputs and real-world task execution.
Create robust evaluations and benchmarks that track progress across training and deployment of multimodal systems.
Collaborate across teams with product and engineering to translate vision improvements into real customer impact and address API challenges.
Deliver results with a bias toward impact, flexibility, and responsible AI practices, contributing to scalable ML systems and high-performance workflows.
