The role
Design and automate people analytics processes to deliver rigorous insights at scale.
Collect, clean, and integrate complex datasets from multiple sources including behavioral, operational, and experience data.
Create and disseminate dashboards, reports, and other analytics products that inform leadership decisions.
Identify moments that matter in the employee lifecycle and translate opportunities into strategic actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess analytics capabilities and drive program improvements.
Develop domain expertise and enhance data storytelling while automating data dissemination to executives.
