The role
Lead and scale the AI Core Platform by defining multi-quarter roadmaps for core components such as training pipelines, online model serving, and feature stores.
Oversee the architecture, development, and operation of reusable ML services that process billions of requests weekly.
Build and mentor a high-performing ML engineering team, driving hiring, growth, and a strong engineering culture.
Drive MLOps best practices, including model observability, governance, security, and cost-efficient cloud operations.
Collaborate with Product, Data Infrastructure, and Applied Science to translate strategy into concrete technical initiatives and measurable impact.
Champion safe, scalable enterprise AI through compliance with security standards and adoption of new frameworks and GenAI capabilities.
