The role
Lead end-to-end vendor data analytics and KPI operations for software quality at scale.
Design and automate dashboards, metrics, and standardized cross-organizational reporting in collaboration with internal and vendor analytics teams.
Own demand forecasting, workforce planning, and budget-to-actual monitoring to drive data-driven decisions.
Establish scalable data architectures and automated pipelines enabling vendor analysts to deliver reliable insights.
Oversee business review frameworks, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and action plans are tracked and executed.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align quarterly objectives and continuously improve program effectiveness.
