The role
Lead the full capture lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract award in CONUS US Federal and DoD markets.
Develop and execute capture plans with win strategies, solutioning, competitive analysis, and customer intelligence.
Identify customer needs and define compelling value propositions to drive growth.
Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and decision makers; represent the organization at engagements and industry events.
Coordinate with internal teams, proposal managers, and partners to ensure alignment and compliance; monitor KPIs and pipeline health.
Manage multiple projects, inform strategy, and report on performance while supporting overall business development goals.
