The role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic planning and relationship building. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, networking, and targeted campaigns, while expanding value for existing clients. Lead outside sales activities with a focus on negotiating profitable contracts and establishing enduring partnerships. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns aligned with growth objectives and stay ahead of industry trends. Coordinate cross-functional project management for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to standards.
