The role
Perform manual visual inspections of finished pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Identify and segregate defective units, including volume variation, particulates, cosmetic defects, and labeling discrepancies, to prevent release of nonconforming products.
Support leak testing and packaging operations, ensuring accurate labeling, proper sealing, and correct packaging configurations for shipment.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, batch records, and validation activities related to visual inspection, leak testing, and packaging equipment.
Prevent cross-contamination, manage staging/storage, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Packaging teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor defect trends, assist with CAPA and investigations into market complaints, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
