Business Development Manager - Meetings & Events
Drive strategic business development for meetings and events services, targeting small to large enterprise prospects and increasing new business sales. Own a healthy pipeline, identify growth verticals, and present compelling proposals to secure multi-year engagements. Lead client presentations (5-10 per week) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated event programs. Develop event budgets, statements of work, and ensure smooth handoffs to operations for seamless execution. Forecast, track, and report on account metrics; create cross-event reporting and maintain accurate CRM data. Travel as needed for client meetings and tradeshows, while maintaining exceptional communication and time management to meet targets and exceed expectations.
