The role
A Legal Advisor specialising in complex recoveries is required in Leeds to manage high-value litigated recovery cases involving road traffic accident claims. The role involves handling a full caseload with adherence to case management protocols, providing accurate updates, and delivering efficient case progression. The successful candidate will offer professional legal advice, negotiate settlements practically, and support team performance within target-driven environments. Essential skills include litigation management, knowledge of liability principles, and excellent negotiation and communication capabilities. Competence in case management software and MS Office is required, along with high attention to detail, organisation, and a commitment to quality service. The position requires prior experience managing litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims and a solid understanding of relevant liability legislation.
