As a Legal Administration Assistant within the Defence Team, you will support fee earners handling all aspects of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims. Draft letters to clients and maintain proactive communication with clients and external agencies while ensuring confidentiality and data security. Prioritise tasks, manage a full workload, answer and make calls, and proactively manage diaries and action items. Generate standard letters from system templates and assist with all aspects of personal injury claims, including trial bundles, witness statements and evidence review. Assist with court proceedings preparation, instructing Counsel, and management of medical records, maintaining high attention to detail under deadlines. Requirements include strong Word/Excel, excellent organisational and time management skills, effective verbal and written communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
