The role
A Complex Recoveries Legal Advisor is sought in Cardiff to manage a full caseload of high-value litigated recovery cases related to road traffic incidents. The role involves providing professional legal advice, managing stakeholder communication, and progressing cases efficiently using case management systems. Candidates need experience with litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims, and possess strong negotiation skills alongside a good understanding of liability issues including the Road Traffic Act. The position requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. Technical skills should include familiarity with case management software and MS Office, with a focus on delivering quality client service and operational efficiency.
