The role
Perform production duties in a fast-paced facility, including bag filling, product loading, and packaging.
Support warehouse operations by loading/unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager.
Operate various production equipment, such as packing and blending machines, while maintaining quality standards.
Adhere to safety and quality control regulations and obtain/maintain forklift safety certification.
Demonstrate reliability with punctual attendance and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Work well in a team, show attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
