The role
As a Simulation Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain NVIDIA Isaac Sim-based environments to support multiple robot platforms and use cases.
You will develop reusable simulation tooling, assets, and workflows that accelerate robotics development across teams.
You will model robots, sensors, environments, and task dynamics with fidelity sufficient to inform real-world deployment.
You will integrate simulation with autonomy stacks, perception systems, and testing pipelines, and own end-to-end simulation infrastructure (compute, storage, orchestration, CI, data logging, replay, and analysis).
You will collaborate with robotics, autonomy, and operations teams to reflect real-world constraints and failure modes, debugging mismatches and iterating quickly to close the gap.
You will leverage real-world data for digital twins and establish best practices for usage, versioning, and validation as the company scales.
