The role
Design, implement, and deploy GenAI applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
Contribute to prompt design, agent logic, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation to deliver measurable business value.
Learn through customer-focused work, shadowing technical discussions, and progressively taking on ownership of technical decisions.
Help improve an internal AI platform by building reusable components, tools, and scalable infrastructure practices.
Deliver production-quality, observable code and participate in monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
Grow across the AI development lifecycle with mentorship, code reviews, and hands-on project work.
