The role
Lead hiring for Director-level, VP/C-Suite leaders, and L8+ engineers, directly empowering critical technical and business teams.
Own end-to-end leadership searches from kickoff to close, delivering a standout candidate experience and shaping onboarding.
Create and scale foundational executive recruiting processes, including talent landscape mapping, market calibration, referral strategies, and targeted outreach.
Position the organization as an employer of choice for exceptional leaders and build a sustainable pipeline of executive talent.
Partner with Corporate Development on acquihires to ensure seamless talent integration during strategic M&A activity.
Leverage data, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to align leadership hiring with growth objectives and succession planning.
