The role
Design Leadership: Lead design process for commercial, industrial, logistics, and interiors projects with innovative, functional solutions.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural and technical solutions.
Documentation: Prepare and oversee detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring code compliance.
Client Interaction: Support client engagement, including presentations, design reviews, and addressing inquiries.
Team Collaboration: Work with senior architects and PMs to deliver on time and on budget.
Compliance & Sustainability: Apply knowledge of building codes, methods, and sustainable practices to project delivery.
