The role
Lead the facility engineering and GMP operations for a high-growth biotechnology setting, ensuring seamless facility performance and regulatory compliance.
Oversee facility operations, engineering strategies, maintenance programs, and capital projects to support production schedules and product quality.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with QA, Manufacturing, EHS, and site leadership to meet cGMP standards and risk management.
Manage and develop high-performance teams of engineers and facilities professionals, setting clear goals and accountability.
Enhance reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance through proactive planning, budget stewardship, and continuous improvement.
