The role
Responsible for multi-axis CNC programming using Mastercam for 3/4/5-axis milling and Mazak Integrex mill-turn.
Lead 5-axis implementation including commissioning, tooling, and workholding strategies.
Develop robust toolpaths with collision awareness and optimize setups to improve throughput.
Support technical quoting by evaluating manufacturability, cycle times, tooling, and fixturing.
Collaborate with machinists on the shop floor to prove out, refine, and standardize processes.
Drive digital manufacturing initiatives, post-processor refinement, and documentation using ProShop ERP.
