The role
Lead residential HVAC installation and service projects in Westchester, NY from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior technicians while coordinating project timelines and resources.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, implementing effective installation and repair solutions.
Maintain proactive client communication to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for additional services.
Keep accurate records, manage tools, inventory, and equipment, and contribute to building a strong installation team.
Requires 5+ years of residential HVAC install and service experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license.
