As the first Data Scientist dedicated to this area, you will lay the foundation for supporting and growing the creator and artist ecosystem.
Build frameworks to understand engagement patterns and content trends.
Design and run experiments to optimize creator programs and incentives.
Collaborate with product, business, and music teams to define, iterate on, and evaluate initiatives.
Surface trending creators and content to shape discovery and recognition.
Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of the data science team.
