The role
Partner internal clients to manage legal matters from initiation through resolution, including cases, proceedings, transactions, rulemakings, and negotiations.
Provide regulatory, compliance, transactional, and general legal guidance while identifying and assessing risk.
Manage assigned litigation, transactions, and regulatory matters, coordinating with outside counsel per established strategies.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, claims, and regulatory submissions.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop practical, business-focused legal solutions and escalate significant risk to senior leadership as needed.
