The role
Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including terms governing access to core advertising services, platform/vendor/data provider agreements, SaaS, privacy, and other technology arrangements.
Lead highly complex, cross-border negotiations with strategic partners in digital advertising.
Advise product, technology, and commercial teams on risk, protection, and commercialization of new features.
Partner with cross-functional teams—Revenue, Finance, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and People—to bring offerings to market.
Ensure compliance and draft contracts and policies addressing industry standards, laws, and regulations impacting online advertising, including intellectual property, privacy, and political advertising.
Provide practical, scalable legal guidance to support growth while balancing business objectives and risk.
