The role
Provide guidance on securities laws and related general corporate matters to support business growth.
Coordinate timely SEC and NYSE compliance, including registration statements, proxy statements, and Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Review earnings releases and other public disclosures to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Lead Section 16 reporting and the insider trading compliance program.
Assist with corporate governance, board materials, minutes, and updates to charters and policies.
Counsel on equity issuances and executive compensation, partnering with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
