Android Application Engineer

Design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin/Java, with an emphasis on testable, scalable code. Drive best practices, contribute to architecture decisions, and help create maintainable solutions across the squad. Collaborate closely with Android and cross-functional teams to ensure robust communication and delivery. Support production and services on a rota basis, including out-of-hours as required. Develop and maintain mobile backend services, apply SOLID principles and design patterns, and leverage modern libraries. Participate in guilds, share knowledge, stay current with technologies, and contribute to CI/CD and observability efforts.
