Lead high-value construction and engineering disputes in energy and infrastructure projects with strategic, commercial impact. Provide expert advice on major projects, from contract interpretation to dispute avoidance and resolution. Manage own matters and lead teams of junior lawyers, with a strong focus on client outcomes. Proactively develop business and contribute to the team’s strategic growth, including cross-border collaboration. Advise on adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, tailoring dispute resolution strategies to client objectives. Requirements: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years PQE in contentious construction; excellent technical and communication skills.
