The role
Seeking a business-oriented cybersecurity lawyer to join the Privacy and Data Security Legal team, advising on cyber risk across products and operations globally.
Provide strategic legal counsel on cyber security laws and regulatory impacts, in collaboration with government affairs and legal compliance.
Support information security programs with risk assessments, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and guidance on bug bounty programs.
Lead legal response for cybersecurity incidents, including breach notification and incident mitigation strategies.
Advise on regulatory audits, third-party assessments, and internal security evaluations, and help scope and perform periodic security hygiene reviews.
Draft and negotiate data protection and cybersecurity agreements, translating complex concepts into actionable business guidance.
