The role
As the founding Data Scientist on the Ads Data Science team, you will own product analytics and revenue impact.
Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to inform strategy and decisions across ads products.
Transform large-scale datasets into actionable insights through quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining.
Define success metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of ML and product initiatives.
Guide product decisions by uncovering trends, opportunities, and data-driven recommendations that shape roadmaps.
Establish a product analytics culture, own high-impact ML products, and enable data-driven decisions across supply, demand, and customer insights.
