The role
Lead and scale machine learning solutions to drive growth and retention across the platform.
Build, validate, and deploy production ML models while automating data analysis and model serving pipelines.
Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to uncover opportunities in product and marketing.
Design core business metrics, dashboards, and visualizations to track impact and surface insights.
Design and run experiments (A/B tests) and translate results into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Communicate findings clearly, craft data-driven narratives, and collaborate with analytics and engineering to scale impact.
