The role
Lead design and deployment of large-scale ML models and systems to improve ad targeting, relevance, ranking, and engagement.
Develop automated mechanisms such as automated bidding and query expansion to increase platform efficiency.
Create techniques to provide advertisers with actionable opportunities to improve ROI and performance.
Architect an internet-scale ML platform and ensure scalable, reliable delivery across real-time advertising workloads.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to design new ad features while mentoring junior engineers.
Lead cross-team initiatives with a strong ownership mindset, adaptability to ambiguity, and a focus on measurable impact.
