The role
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to craft high-quality, customer-focused AI/ML documentation that explains complex concepts clearly.
Partner with support engineers, solutions architects, and developer relations to produce onboarding guides and scenario-based guidance.
Lead information architecture design, organizing content around key customer use cases and workflows.
Improve authoring and production processes by leveraging AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code) to speed up quality and consistency.
Edit technical content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style; create diagrams and visuals to simplify architectures and data pipelines.
Stay current with evolving AI/ML tech, translate new capabilities into docs, and collaborate with engineers on features in development.
