The role
Deliver the PE@PF group training program, facilitating engaging and safe group workouts for members.
Guide members toward fitness goals by designing straightforward, varied bi-weekly routines and teaching proper equipment usage.
Manage class schedules, ensure participation targets are met, and maintain a motivating, supportive environment.
Support front desk operations by assisting with check-ins, tours, memberships, and account updates; address member concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain high professionalism, excellent customer service, listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills in all interactions.
Meet all requirements: current CPR certification, a nationally recognized personal training credential, high school diploma or GED, and being 18 years of age or older.
