The role
Lead the cost estimation process for heavy civil and highway construction projects across Arizona.
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost plans to support competitive proposals.
Collaborate with project teams to develop realistic budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
Review drawings, specs, and contracts to identify cost drivers and opportunities for value engineering.
Maintain historical cost databases and benchmarks to improve estimating accuracy and consistency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and procurement practices while coordinating with subs and stakeholders.
