The role
Lead the technical execution of CS product initiatives in a cross-functional, globally distributed team.
Own end-to-end delivery from design through testing, experimentation (A/B) and launch.
Architect scalable APIs and data pipelines; perform design reviews and implement high-quality code.
Collaborate across product, design, and global engineers to align specifications and tradeoffs.
Mentor engineers, drive delivery as the project POC, and advocate for engineering best practices.
Be based in Beijing with partial remote eligibility, contributing to roadmap and technical direction for UX-focused outcomes.
