The role
Design and scale the ML infrastructure used company-wide for training and finetuning models, including GenAI capabilities.
Build a scalable platform that accelerates ML/GAI design, development, and productionization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Support, Search, Trust & Safety) to deliver high-impact product wins.
Work with OSS tools such as Ray, Verl, Llama-Factory, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Airflow, Spark, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Own end-to-end engineering practices to build robust, maintainable systems for ML deployment.
Mentor teammates, influence architectural decisions, and continuously improve the ML tooling ecosystem.
