Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Listing Integrity

As a Senior ML Engineer on the Listing Integrity team, you will design and deploy scalable ML models to detect fraudulent listing creation and protect guests. You will work with large-scale structured and unstructured data and productionize pipelines for real-time and batch inference. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and operations to identify high-impact fraud signals and prioritize mitigations. Own model training, evaluation, monitoring, and A/B testing to minimize serving skew and ensure robust performance. Translate business problems into ML solutions, build end-to-end ML infrastructure, and drive improvements across fraud detection and risk management. Succeed through curiosity, cross-functional collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset in a high-scale, fast-moving environment.
