The role
Lead the consolidation for Actuals, Plan, LBE, and LRP of the RINVOQ sales forecast across indications.
Capture and consolidate other allocations (pipeline, chargebacks, unaudited) to present a complete forecast.
Support month-end close with variance analysis and commentary on Price, Pipeline, and Demand; collaborate with Demand Planning on ending inventory.
Prepare and manage sales reporting and key metrics, acting as the central point for cross-functional inputs from Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Analytics.
Drive process optimization initiatives to increase forecasting efficiency and own ad-hoc analyses for critical business drivers.
Operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, demonstrating strong communication, organization, and data integrity to meet deadlines.
