The role
Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures for commercial and industrial projects.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit; test circuits; and terminate wires per schematics and drawings.
Operate hand and power tools; maintain tools; and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
Drive to multiple job sites, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with teams on site.
Read blueprints and schematics; diagnose faults; ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and local codes; and hold a valid driver’s license.
Compensation ranges from $34,000 to $65,000 per year, with overtime, benefits, and ongoing training for advancement.
