The role
Partner with assigned business units to develop and execute short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Advise management and employees on HR policies, processes, and compliance, ensuring consistent application of policies and labor agreements.
Analyze people data and HR metrics to design programs, tools, and policies that improve engagement, performance, and retention.
Coach managers and employees to enhance leadership skills, performance management, and career development.
Lead employee relations, conduct thorough investigations, and recommend fair, legally sound resolutions.
Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, training needs, and service delivery improvements with a data-driven approach.
