The role
As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily shift operations with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth service and quality standards.
Take ownership of shifts, solve problems promptly, and guide team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
You will support scheduling, training, and performance coaching to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Demonstrate strong business acumen with basic math and P&L awareness, making informed decisions to optimize labor and costs.
Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance standards while ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.
Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
