The role
Lead GenAI initiatives within the APM domain, owning the design, development, and deployment of ML-powered features across teams.
Define long-term strategy and technical direction for GenAI workflows in APM and related products.
Build, train, benchmark, and optimize state-of-the-art GenAI/ML models and end-to-end ML systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build automated investigation and triaging tools, driving measurable user impact.
Provide product-minded leadership, shaping roadmaps, architecture, and scalability while navigating ambiguity.
Mentor engineers, lead design reviews and technical talks, and contribute to engineering culture.
