The role
The Lead Compliance Officer oversees a comprehensive compliance program to meet regulatory requirements and organizational needs across departments. Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance processes and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues across a wide range of functions to enforce standards and drive continuous improvement. Monitor compliance performance data, identify trends, gaps, and areas for remediation, and lead corrective actions. Design and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on regulatory obligations. Prepare management reports, investigate customer complaints, and apply risk management principles to deliver successful compliance outcomes.
