The role
You will design and own end-to-end scalable AI services that integrate with multiple applications and support thousands of tenants in production.
You will build and enforce citations and guardrails for LLMs to enable safe, compliant AI interactions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to translate customer needs into production-ready AI capabilities.
Contribute to the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from requirements to reusable ML pipelines and deployment.
Enhance system efficiency through automation, capacity planning, monitoring, and root-cause analysis; participate in on-call rotations.
Operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering scalable AI solutions that power business applications and user experiences.
