The role
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to deliver ML and Generative AI solutions across retail domains, including store operations, pricing, sourcing, and supply chain.
Develop and productionize advanced statistical models, NLP, multi-modal models, and computer vision to drive actionable business insights.
Own data gathering, assess data validity, and synthesize large analytics datasets to support project goals.
Define success criteria, set metrics, measure business impact, and translate results into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Scale and deploy data science products with robust MLOps, governance, and reproducibility in a big data ecosystem.
Collaborate with engineers across regions, communicate findings clearly, and drive customer-centric innovation.
