The role
Drive data-driven insights across multiple divisions by building advanced statistical models and ML solutions, including Generative AI.
Lead a team of Data Scientists tackling Global Sourcing challenges with end-to-end project ownership.
Gather, validate, and synthesize data to create large analytics datasets and scalable data pipelines.
Build, train, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models with a focus on reuse and replication for future initiatives.
Translate business needs into ML strategies, define success metrics, and quantify impact to influence decisions across regions.
Hybrid role based in Bangalore, India with partial remote flexibility; strong collaboration and stakeholder communication required.
