The role
Lead and direct site HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave management, and policy enforcement.
Partner with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and optimize workforce performance.
Develop retention and engagement programs to reduce turnover and maximize productivity.
Oversee compensation programs, performance management, merit planning, and off-cycle pay requests while ensuring data integrity in the HRIS.
Provide coaching to managers on performance, disciplinary matters, and employee communications; advise on organizational design and development.
Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state laws, maintain safety and food-safety awareness (GMP/HACCP), and maintain confidential, ethical HR practices.
