The role
You will execute production processes in strict adherence to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
You will oversee hands-on production activities under the supervisor's direction and may rewrite complex procedures as needed.
You will troubleshoot process and equipment problems promptly to minimize manufacturing downtime and support continuous improvement.
You will operate general production equipment (filling, inspection, packaging) and complete related paperwork in line with GDP/GMP.
You will coordinate with maintenance and metrology for preventative maintenance, participate in safety Gemba, and coach peers on ergonomic practices.
You will participate in continuous improvement projects and, when needed, support technology transfers and shift readiness for the next team.
