The role
Design, build, and deploy large-scale ML models to improve ads action prediction with low latency.
Develop techniques to infer user interests from online and offline activity, and mine text, visuals, and signals to understand intent.
Contribute to production ML systems at scale and collaborate with product and sales teams to craft new ad products.
Lead projects and mentor teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and clear stakeholder communication.
Requirements: 6+ years building production ML systems at scale; experience in data mining, search, recommendations, NLP; 2+ years leading projects/teams; strong math and statistics.
Location: remote (US-based), full-time role.
