The role
Lead and partner with site leadership to drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance within a fast-paced logistics operation.
Serve as a trusted HR business partner, coaching leaders, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring fair, policy-based decisions.
Own staffing plans, recruitment coordination, onboarding for hourly and salary roles, and talent development across shifts.
Manage HRIS, data reporting, and analytics to inform decisions, improve retention, and optimize workforce productivity.
Maintain a strong knowledge of local and federal employment laws and a positive employee relations climate.
Work in a 24/7 warehouse environment, with up to 10% travel, and maintain visibility across all shifts.
